Can anyone take part in your events?

Yes, these events are aimed at everybody. Our goal is to create accessible events suitable for all abilities. Age restrictions apply to junior waves and all senior events are for 15+.

Can my son/daughter take part with me?

Age Restrictions apply. You are only eligible to enter a wave suitable to your age group.

Do I need road bike to enter?

As long as your bike is road legal, you can ride any bike you own. Mountain, road, time trial, even shoppers with baskets.

When do I drop my bike off at transition?

Registration will open at 8am the morning of the event. Get yourself registered, then take your bike and anything else you need to transition. Transition will be manned at all times and only athletes with race numbers will be permitted entry.

Can you put me in an early wave please?

The first athletes will start at 09:00 and groups of 10 – 20 will start every 15 seconds thereafter. We aim to have as many athletes on the course at the same time as possible. This will reduce hanging around before and after the event and will also help create a great atmosphere on the course.

Will I get a medal on completion?

Yes, every finisher will receive a medal

How can I work out what age group applies to me?

Your age group category is determined by the age you are on the 31st of December in the year that you are competing. For example, if you are 35 on 1st August 2024 you will be in the 35-39 age group for the whole of 2024.
