Meet : Winchmore Hill Green (outside Espresso&Co Coffee Shop)

When: Every Wednesday at 7:00am

Finish: To be finished by 7:45am (Espresso&Co will be open to grab a post run coffee)

Distance: Approximately 4 miles

Pace: Easy - all sticking together (there will be no backmarker to begin with)

Route: Grovelands Park, Waterfall Road, Arnos Park, Broomfield Park, Winchmore Hill Green
