The Essex cross country relays are being hosted by Billericay Striders on behalf of Essex AA at Weald Park.
The date has changed to Saturday 16^th September

There is a change of format this year in that there will be no mixed senior teams but we are introducing vets teams.  So the format will be as follows:

Race 1 9:30am      U13/15/17 Girls – 3 legs of 3k (1 lap)

Race 2 10:15am    U13/15/17 Boys – 3 legs of 3k (1 lap)

Race 3 11:00am    Senior Women / VW40/VW50/VW60 – 3 legs of 6k (2 laps)

Race 4 12:00 noon    Senior Men – 4 legs of 6k (2 laps)

                                      V40/V50/V60 – 3 legs of 6K (2 laps)

Medals will be awarded as soon after each race as possible.
Team managers can enter a team and submit athletes names and URNs on race day.

There are 3 car parks available all with toilet facilities.  Payment for the car park can be made via MiPermit by card or online.  The park is open to the general public so please be courteous to other users
