Granada

Discover the wonders of the Sierra Nevada and the Badlands

Dates: 22nd - 28th May

5 days of some of the most memorable gravel riding you'll probably ever do in the mountains surrounding Granada, staying in a traditional cave house in Granada’s El Albaicin area, overlooking the Alhambra Palace, can't get much better!

There will be guided day rides through the local Sierra Nevada mountains and a longer overnight adventure to explore the Goraft Desert, better known as the Badlands.

We’ll be based in Granada’s El Albaicin district, a warren of tiny cobbled streets that is the heart of the Flamanco life. We will be staying in one of a series of cave houses originally carved out by the Gitano Roma in the 15th century. These cave houses are not miserable holes in the ground, they are underground palaces,  a chic collection of interconnecting rooms each stylishly appointed with all the mod cons you don’t expect in a cave, ensuite bathrooms, comfortable beds and of course, they are naturally gloriously cool. However, it's the view across the valley to the Alhambra Palace that's the killer!

Bike transfer from London to Granada and back is included in the cost, you'll be able to leave your bike and luggage in South London a few days beforehand and we'll drive them to Granada (and back) so there is no need to dismantle your bike and lug it through airports, hop on the plane with a cabin bag - luxury!
