Lovely half overall, with a cheeky hill at the end, and two long stretches of seafront existential struggle in the middle. Not enough toilets, and the (nicely designed, dreadfully manufactured) medal fell to bits in 10 mins. Replacement medal also fell apart later in the day. Great atmosphere, though.

The dry shampoo which was clearly a freebie left over from the 10k is an awful female team winners prize. Please consider doing better next time

Loved this half marathon (Even with that hill at the end!) Marshalls were really friendly and lots of cheering public along the way. Supportive for beginners and great for those looking for a PB too.

The weather was perfect, very lucky. Mostly flat course omg the seaside... Out and back, one main hill in the course that you come down and back up but it's the shorter hill of the hills. The support is incredible and the marshals did a really good job as well. Great course overall!

This was my 72nd half marathon and I have to say it was one of the Best. 1st time at Folkestone Half. Absolutely Loved the scenic route. Well organised. Superb medal. Will be entering this one again next year.
If i had to find a negative comment I would say to have more toilets!

Great views, unpleasant hills, friendly marshals, definitely not enough toilet provision. There were HUNDREDS of runners and only about 6 portaloos. And no public toilets nearby. Very badly thought out and many people almost missed the start of the race because the queues were so huge. Otherwise great morning.

I had a great time today running a half marathon. Very friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this event to friends and family.

A nice rumbling the coast. Beware the brutal hill in the last mile.
Also 8 portaloos for 800 odd runners plus support is very inadequate.
There was a very long queue right up to the start of the race.

This is fantastic run, really well organised and always running great weather... with an added fresh breeze!

This was my first ever half event. I was scared, nervous and imposter syndrome was rife. However, everyone was incredibly friendly and the marshals were top notch. They continually encouraged you no matter where you were in the race. Such a wonderful atmosphere and I even made a new friend. Thank you!

The Hill at the End was so challenging but that’s what’s it’s all about 2 no year off running it. Found the hill harder that rembrence hill great Race loved it see you next year
