The Hildenborough Road Races return to this picturesque Kent village on the first bank holiday Monday in May. You won't want to miss this family event that puts community at its heart.

Please note, online entries for this event will close on the Thursday evening (02 May) prior to race day. However, if you miss this deadline then please don't worry as on the day entries will be available! We look forward to seeing you there!

Event Overview:
The Hildenborough Road Races have landed and you're invited! Come and celebrate the May Bank Holiday with this fantastic family event in the gorgeous Kent countryside. There are races to suit all abilities and ages, including a series of races for children and a family fun day on the recreation ground. Race bibs will be available to collect from Race HQ on the day of the race. 

Course Details:
The main race consists of a 5 mile circular road route that leads away and back to the village. Those completing the 10 mile race will do two loops of the 5 mile course.
The two shorter distance races are a 2.5 mile road race for those aged 11 and over (families are encouraged to run together), and the children's races, consisting of 400m, 600m, 800m and 1600m. These are off-road races for those in primary school years 6 and below. They are entry on the day only.  The 2.5 mile race starts alongside the longer 10 and 5 mile races at 14:30. The junior off-road races are run on grass around the recreation ground and will take place from midday.

Children's races, followed by prizes: 12:00, midday - 13:30
Adult road race registration open: 12:00, midday - 13:30
Adult road races (2.5, 5 & 10 mile) starts: 14:30
Prize Giving: 16:00 (approx.)

Race HQ
Race HQ & registration will be in the marquee on the recreation ground.
Kids registration is open from 10:00 - 11:30.
Adults registration is open from 12:00, midday - 13:30.

Family Fun & Refreshments
Join us on the recreation ground from 11:00 for family fun. There will be refreshments and sweet treats from Ridings Cafe, a Scouts BBQ, ice-creams and more!

Hildenborough is located two miles north-west of the town of Tonbridge, 13 miles west of the major town of Maidstone, and 26 miles south-east of London.

By Train:
There are regular trains from London Bridge to Hildenborough, taking less than 40 minutes.
