Perfect Chill Day

I came by myself to this event as my friend had to drop out last minute and she totally missed a great morning. The vide from the start was so relaxed in the cozy yurt then a fantastic route around the countryside before recovery vibes with an ice bath and sauna. Coffee was great too! When's the next one as im definitely in.

Brilliant event. Could do with a little more information ahead of the event- what to bring/where to meet etc. more signs on the run route would also be appreciated
