Would be helpful to have another person giving out race numbers, as there was a moderate queue.
There were loos, although quite a distance away in the park - a few portaloos near the course would be ideal.

Fantastic that 100 percent of proceed went to charity. Brilliant canicross event - this made it for me!
Great to have the stalls and Santa to keep non runners entertained. Only criticism was it was all delayed due to excessive number of people trying to register late. Got quite cold waiting around. Maybe give separate registration times for the different start times and have separate queues for on the day registration and pre registered?? Loved the event though and will def do again next year with a bigger team!

I took my 2 daughters and niece for their 1st 2.5k today, thoroughly enjoyed it! Really impressed by the amount of volunteers around the course cheering us on/guiding us. The warm up was also really fun and feel good. Going forward my only feedback would be the sign in tent could’ve been quicker (I’m not sure how that could happen saying that!) and just slightly better guidance to the start line.

We didn’t have timing chips or attend any of the Xmas market so can’t comment on those.

This was a well organised event. Volunteers were fab. All the money goes to charity. The route was well marshalled. The santa hats and xmas decoration (medal) are very fun!

Overall the run was good fun.
The queue for the race numbers was quite long. There seemed to be lots of people signing up on the day, which is great, but it might have been better to have clear signage and/or a separate queue for those who had signed up online so things could move a little faster.

Never seen so many people dressed as Santa before in one place - brilliant

It was good fun but could do with a little bit more organisation as start was quite delayed but other than that it was a good experience and I would do it again

We'll definitely do it again next year! The Christmas tree at the end ran with my daughter and she was thrilled. We just did 1 lap of 1km but she had a ball and nearly ran the whole way. What a lovely event.

Very friendly and helpful volunteers.

Would be good to have know that it was half grass route due to using a buggy and it started before 1245 so very rushed for us. But very friendly organisers and marshals.

Huge thanks to the organisers and to the very enthusiastic Marshalls. Great fun in my calender for next year. Thank you
