Small, local 10k. On shared path with cyclists, kids on bikes, walkers etc, so you need to be conscious of everyone else around you. Lovely views, encouraging race marshalls. A good morning out.

Thanks for a great morning. We travelled 60 miles to participate and pleased we did. Loved the medals. So many 10k races provide a lesser quality but for price of race all round set up its was great

Marshalls very friendly and helpful. However, need more for the public paths blocking runners at time. The finsh needs ironing out and was very odd. The medals were dissapointing and low quality, which is a frequent point for MCC Promotions. Great weather for a beachfront run.

Simple and scenic race - to the pier and back. Not too crowded (far less competitors than my normal Parkrun!) and friendly marshals. The lovely weather made this even better. Nice to have a coffee beforehand at The Perch before it got too crowded. And I even managed a quick dip in the sea afterwards. The only slight criticism was that the start of the race was a little congested as we ran on the pavement alongside the busy road.

Easy to sign up for and very well priced.

Very much enjoyed the low key 10k. Easy parking, toilets and route.

Think there could have been a bit more of a safety briefing at the start - with a word of warning about other users of the path (with prams, dogs, etc) and could have done with a banana at the end.

But overall it was great and the Marshalls were really encouraging. Thank you!

Anyone that complains, for £16 this was great value!! Medals and trophies, bag drop, friendly Marshalls. Number pick up a bit disorganised though as when I gave my name, on paper the man read the wrong number to the lady and had I not have looked down at my name would have been given wrong number. Lovely location though!

Would have been good to have a chip time...more accurate and question handing out Red Bull at the finish, I realise you must be sponsored but I'm sure there are better alternatives.

Well done for starting at 10am - excellent decision.
This time I found the finish confusing, as did the guy in front of me - I wasn't sure if it was on the grass or where it was - needs making clearer please.
Also PLEASE include people's ages - it's so much better to then compare results!

Please can we have a banana at the end..

Positives:
- Fantastic value for money
- Fast course
- Good marshalling and Organization
- Nice local support

Negatives:
- Unsecure/Unmanned Bag Drop
- Late Start (11am) too late in the day given course is very narrow in parts
- Course ran a bit short (possibly 9.8 kilometres

But overall, Good little event and would sign up again!

Marshall’s were fantastic and encouraging. Very busy near the pier, dodging around people and prams. Great start time 11am, not a mad rush in the morning.
