Langham 10k, 5k and Junior 2k
This Iconic race is steeped in local history and tradition and is a unique event in the North Essex calendar, organised voluntarily by members of Boxted Runners and the Friends of Langham School, supporting our local primary school.
The race is in its 16th year and wouldn’t be possible without our team. A huge thank you also to our sponsors and partners who support the race and help to put on a magnificent event each year.
Registration and Race bib collection will be from 8:00 at the Village Hall, please note registration closes 30 minutes before the race start.
10 minutes before the race start, make your way to the start point and line up behind the chip timing mats.
5k race will start at 9:00am
2k race will start at 9:05am
10k race will start at 10:00am
Facilities – There will be toilets available at the venue but no changing area or showers.
Refreshments will be available before and after the race.
There will be a baggage store, and items left will be at your own risk.
Course Description – All of the courses are flat and fast out and back, on country roads around Langham and Boxted.
All proceeds from the run go to the village school, and with all of your support, we have raised a fantastic amount for the School over the years. Their mission is to provide every pupil with an outstanding education. The positive, supportive school community is united in mutual respect and the pursuit of one common goal – to provide every child with a safe, happy, inspirational learning environment.
