LFOM 5K
This is probably the best 5K race around would 100% recommend it the race to do if you're in London been running in it for 40 + years on and off

Fast course, could run with people my pace (19:11), had fun! Very scenic, I enjoyed the 2 laps and the 1km marks.

It is a very good value for money event run by one of the oldest established running clubs in London
It's very inclusive despite all of the club runners it is wonderfully supported by the volunteers and marshalls. Better value and experience than most larger events
