We are excited to welcome back the Property industry for the 2021 edition of LGN’s Property 5k sponsored by JLL.
For over a decade we’ve held this great event and aim to use the same 5k course so previous times can be compared. In addition, we look forward to seeing who can wrestle the Team Champion trophy and Most Improved Team trophy from reigning champs Workman and Hurley Palmer Flatt!
Entry on the Day will not be available at this event.
Covid-19 Mitigation:
Whilst the 2021 Property 5k sponsored by JLL is scheduled to take place after the Gnational restrictions are due to be lifted, we will plan to continue with previous race regulations in place until we have confirmation of protocol relaxation.
All entrants are requested to read & adhere to UK Athletics Covid Code of Conduct here.
A one-way system will be in place along with social distancing signage. Queue markers must be observed at all times and sanitisation stations used as frequently as necessary. Race start will be staggered, and detailed start information will be sent out prior to race day. Whilst running, participants should only overtake when there is enough room (at least 1m) to do so. Once finished, participants should continue moving and follow signage and marshal directions to keep the area clear for other finishers. Any post-event rewards (medal, water etc.) will be self-service (following hand-sanitisation) to ensure there is no contact amongst staff and participants.
LGN encourage everyone to take part in their Industry 5k run, from fun running to fancy dress, to those from our LGN Run Clubs looking to win the team trophy.
And remember, to compete as a team you need a minimum of 5 men & 5 women.
Facilities
Bib Numbers
Bib numbers are available for collection at the event only, participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.
Medical Cover
Suitable medical cover is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency. As part of the registration process, participants are asked to provide details of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, medication, or allergies that may be relevant in the administration of any medical assistance.
Bag Drop
Whilst we recommend bringing as little as possible, participants can leave essential belongings with us while they run using the tear-off baggage strip on their bib. They can then present their number after the event to retrieve their item(s).
Toilets, Changing Rooms and Showers
All will be available in The Hub for use throughout the event.
