Course Information

This event takes place on Swansea Promenade. Please keep to the left when possible and be mindful of other path users.  The course will be fully marked and supported by marshals throughout. Please remember that this event is licensed under Welsh athletics. Therefore, headphones are NOT permitted, please remain aware of your surroundings and follow marshal instructions at all times.

Parking is available at the Recreation Ground Car Park. There are additional parking locations near the start / finish location. We recommend arriving early to secure a space and avoid delays. Charges may apply.
