We're excited to be able to host another school holiday triahtlon training camp at Palmer Park Leisure Centre on Thursday 30 May 2024. Palmer Park is a great venue for triathlon with a 25m pool, a velodrome and athletics track all onsite.

The camp will run from 9am - 3pm and will involve praciticing all the elements of triathlon including the transitions and putting it all together at the end of the camp with a mini triathlon. A day of swim, bike, run and most importantly FUN. 

The camp is being coached by the founders of Reading Rascals Junior Triathlon Club - Ellie Gosling (Level 2 Triathlon Coach and GB Age Group Triathlete) and Kirsty Scott (Level 2 Triathlon and ASA Swimming Coach). Both coaches have enhanced DBS checks and current safeguarding qualifications.

OPEN TO ALL (NOT JUST READING RASCAL MEMBERS) BORN BETWEEN 2010 - 2016.
 

IMPORTANT BITS:

- All children are required to bring their own roadworthy bicycle  

- All children are required to be able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided

- Food and drink will need to be provided for all children attending - please no products containing nuts.
