Role Overview

As a Here to Help Volunteer, you’ll be the go-to person for runners, spectators, and visitors around Stadium MK on race day.

Your role is all about providing a warm welcome, answering questions, and helping people find their way to key locations such as:
- Registration
- Toilets
- Baggage drop
- Start/finish areas
- Spectator zones
- Water points and general amenities
You will be walking around the Stadium MK area, holding a “Here to Help” sign, making yourself visible and approachable throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Give information and directions to runners and spectators.
- Help runners find their correct locations (start pens, baggage, toilets, etc.).
- Walk around the stadium area with a visible “Here to Help” sign.
- Answer general questions and provide reassurance to those who need support.
