Re-starters Session

Outside the Go Ape building

This is intended to be a 'Restarters' session for those who have not run for a while, are coming back from an injury or may have lost their running confidence. The session will be adapted to suit those who join but will include a mix or running, coupled with conditioning exercises and mobility activities.

Pace is not important as the session will be adapted to suit everyone.

Particularly suitable for people who want to commit to getting back to fitness and can, therefore, come regularly to sessions rather than just treating it as a one-off. A bit like the Beginners - remember?
