Points to remember for club runs;

- The full run briefing is here – please familiarise yourself with this before the sessions. The briefing will not be repeated in full at the start of each run, so it is your responsibility to review this when you sign-up. Matters arising and new hazards will be briefed on the night.
- Look out for each other, and especially avoid runners becoming isolated (including the back marker).
- Risk assessments for each route can be found here
- Dress for the conditions (e.g. high visibility clothing on a night run).
