Circuit running welcomes you to the Rhino run, it's a 6 hour challenge timed event where you can run a 5k all the way up to ultra marathon within the time limit.
The run is to celebrate awareness of save the rhino and the effort that Chris Green AKA Rhino Boy Chris puts into raising awareness of the save the cause, some of the proceeds of the run will go towards Chris's cause.
The event will start at 8:45am and registration will open at 8:10am.
The course is 4.37 miles a lap but there'll be a 5k turn point and a 10k will be 2 laps of the 5k lap, a half marathon will be 3 laps of the 4.37 miles course, 6 laps for a marathon, 7 or more for an ultra marathon.
There'll be a table at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different food.
You can start your last lap up until 5:59:59 hrs.
Course is along an old railway line on a tarmac path, the course is out and back with no navigation required.
Toilets will be at a local leisure facility.
Parking: Parking is on Preston road in the parking bays down there near to poorhouse lane please park responsibly it's a short walk from the event start location. Please do not park in any local business car parks or along poorhouse lane as there is parking restrictions down there.
After finishing you'll get a bespoke rhino themed medal and a goody bag.

The run is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules
Maximum distances permitted under rules are as follows:
Age 12-13 years. 5,000m
Age 14-15 years. 6,000m
Age 16 10,000m
Age 17 25,000m
Age 18-19 45,000m
Age 20 and over No maximum distance
