First half marathon!
The race was very well planned overall from the point of getting our numbers and that marshall being really supportive around the route! It was my first half marathon and I like how there were only around 600 runners so it didn't seem too serious. The flat route and very nice scenery around the river was a bonus too!

Good run but I’m not a far of events with laps. I didn’t realised this was a lapped event. There is enough distance down the river to do 1 lap. Apart from that enjoyable run and got a PB.

Very pleasant event - friendly management, superb marshals and I love the podium at the finish line - even if I never got to stand on it.
