In light of what is happening to the people of Ukraine currently, we at Southern Multisports would like to do our bit to help out. On Sat May 14th at 16:15 pm we will be organising a special run on our Felpham 5 route to raise as much money as possible to be donated to a Ukraine fund. We would like you to enter, to tell your friends to enter and to come along and run knowing that you will be doing something to help out millions of people who are suffering terribly at the moment. We would like you to all wear blue and yellow, bring Ukraine flags if you have them, paint your faces and show as much support as you can. We will also be holding a collection of any items from tins of food to medical kits, nappies, clothes etc which we will pass on to a local collection point.

We no longer do race medals and there will be no prizes as all money generated for this race will be passed on to The Ukraine Charity that we choose.

As always the race will be canicross friendly, fully marshalled and as enjoyable as always.
