As darkness sweeps around the globe from 9th-16th November, 25,000 people worldwide will get up from their armchairs, slip on their red flashing armbands and pull on their running shoes to complete a 5k or 10k.
Connecting runners both physically and virtually across 5 continents, this global movement will light up the night as people hit the road to help cure paralysis in our lifetime.
If you are not located in a city with a live event or would like the flexibility of running your own route on your own schedule, you can sign up to a virtual event. The virtual event will open from Wednesday 9th-16th November. Virtual runners will time their 5k or 10k on the Run in the Dark app to join the global leaderboard.
THIS ENTRY IS AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPANTS IN UK & IRELAND. EACH ENTRY WILL RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE RUN IN THE DARK TIMING APP, AND A RUN PACK WITH ARMBAND AND MEDAL. THE RUN PACK WILL BE SENT BY TRACKED POSTAGE IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT.
