The last in our 5 mile series from Whiteways Cafe Car Park.
You leave the start and head up to the Southdowns Way which you follow to The Roman sign before dropping down towards Madehurst. From here you cross a meadow which takes you to the Monarchs Way which you follow down to the finish.
At the finish you will receive some wild flower Bee Bombs which you can plant in your garden or scatter on your favourite running trails to help create habitats for bees, butterflies and insects. You will also receive a voucher for some food from the cafe.
The route will be well marked and marshalled and canicross runners are more than welcome.
