Slovenia to Croatia cycle experience

Slovenia, a country in Central Europe, is known for its mountains, ski resorts and lakes.

On Lake Bled, a glacial lake fed by hot springs, the town of Bled contains a church-topped islet and a cliffside medieval castle

Croatia, officially the Republic of Croatia, is a country at the crossroads of Central and Southeast Europe, on the Adriatic Sea. It borders Slovenia to the northwest, Hungary to the northeast, Serbia to the east, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro to the southeast, sharing a maritime border with Italy

This four day cycle experience will see us cycle from Slovenia down to the Croatian coast (Rijeka), it will take you through some of the most stunning cycling countryside, in what can only be described as breath-taking scenery.

Not about speed this experience is about cycling with friends (Or new friends) at a modest speed just enjoying being in the saddle, finding and exploring, wherever we happen to find ourselves.

We will spend each day cycling approx. 60/70 miles, the late afternoons and early evenings can be spent exploring our evening destinations Lake bled, Skofja Loka, Old castles, Stunning waterfalls and of course Rijeka itself.

With accommodation (5th - 9th inclusive) and breakfast included, the only money you’ll need to spend will be at the numerous coffee stops on our routes.

There will be time for sightseeing around our destinations in the late afternoon/evenings, with so many old castles and stunning Lakes to look at, it will just enhance the experience of the trip, travel to these sites will be included but entrances fee's may be payable.

Or you can choose to sit in the sun and enjoy the local food and drink.
