I enjoyed starting when I wanted rather than brave the typical stampede style start. The course had very clear signs all around

Running along with deer was incredible!

My first lapped event and it did not disappoint; even the rain was a welcome addition! Great support and encouragement from the organisers and marshals, very well stocked aid station and, most importantly, the route had a bit of everything - trail, road, technical (in parts), views, wild life and a downhill to the finish line. Looking forward to next year.

Loved flexible start. Nice choice of snacks. Marshalls & running company so encouraging even when thinking not doable.

The format, doing as many 5 km loops as you wanted was super fun. It also meant my friends and I of different running ability could all come along and have a go. The course had a decent amount of elevation but nothing crazy. It was really well sign posted throughout. The aid station was great!

Excellent first event by these organisers. Looking forward to participating in others.

Loop was long and interesting enough that I didn’t find it repetitive for my half marathon distance

Fabulous event, marshals and scenery. The format of the looped trail enabled runners of all abilities to achieve above and beyond their expectations ~ the end of each loop you were greeted by the fabulous snack table !!

The inclusiveness and friendly environment encouraged people of all abilities to participate, fostering a sense of shared achievement.
