The Sundried Southend Triathlon is perfect for all abilities, from first-timers to seasoned triathletes. An epic event with a coastal swim (mass start), music stage and red carpet finish! The Southend Triathlon is brought to you by the team that organise the Chelmsford Half Marathon.

Sprint distance = 750m swim 20k bike 5k run
