Great race, lots of people, great atmosphere
My wife (who is a beginner) found it a bit off-putting that there were so many fast runners!
As always, a wonderfully organised and fun event suitable for allcomers

Great way of encouraging people to take part in running
I was helped by a staff member as I had someone drop out on the day. I have to say, she was excellent. Was helpful throughout. All the staff were brilliant and enthusiastic but I mentioned her as she seemed to be everywhere and seemed to still find time to encourage the participants too. The people from my workplace I got to do the event now what me to keep them abreast of other opportunities.

Great event but the chaos at the relay changeovers needs some work.
It would be great to pay a few pounds more and have electronic timing. This will avoid confusion, cheating and better/faster results.

The nature of the course is such that the start is a bit tight in terms of space. I suppose the route cannot be shut, so this is just something that has to be worked with. The stewards did a great job of handling it all, and it worked out okay in practice, but it might have been difficult if it had been any busier or there had been even more teams.
Running really rapid relays relies on recruiting racers for remarkable results!

There aren't that many organised evening running events like this on week days - this is really good to do with friends from work who live out of London. Loved it even though it hurt!
