A five mile out and back beach run from Felpham Sailing Club to the rock islands at Elmer then return.

The wind usually gets you one way. The route weaves its way between the rock pools and breakwaters and it is 95% on the sand. Canicross runners are all most welcome.

All runners will receive some Wild Flower Bee Bombs  to plant in your gardens or on your favourite trails as we are no longer doing race medals as a further contribution to the environment. There will also be ice lollies or chocolate at the finish depending on the weather.
