From the calm waters of Ladyburn Lake to scenic coastal rides and flat, picturesque running trails — this is your test of true GEORDIE grit.

• Half Distance Triathlon - 70.3
• 1.2 mile Swim • 56 mile Cycle • 13.1 mile Run

Aquabike

• Full Aquabike
• 2.4 mile Swim • 112 mile Cycle
• Half Aquabike
• 1.2 mile Swim • 56 mile Cycle

Finish across the line with a final 50m run from transition.

Duathlon

• 5KM Run • 56 mile Cycle • 13.1 mile Run

Aquathlon

• 1.2 mile Swim • 13.1 mile Run

Relays

• Team up with friends, family or clubmates to take on any GEORDIEMAN event as a relay.

Open Water Swims

• Swim-only options in the safe, clear waters of Ladyburn Lake.

Start Times

• Full Distance (Triathlon, Aquabike & Relay) - 6am
• Half Distance (Triathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon & Relay) - 7am
• Duathlon: 7am
• Open Water Swims - 8.00am

Feed Stations

Stocked stations on both bike and run routes offering:

Cut-Off Times

There is a cut off time 16 hours for the Full Distance.

Camping & Parking

• Camping available on-site — email Northumberland Council to book your spot.
• Hardstanding pitches with shower block (first come, first served)
• Camping field for tents/vans with portable toilets

Parking Information

All participants and spectators are required to pay for parking at Druridge Bay Country Park.
