The 140km Skyrider: Conquer 5 of England’s 6 highest roads with a staggering 2,814 metres of ascent. This expert-only route is the ultimate test of endurance and skill!
The 100km Classic Route: Take on the famous Alston cobbles, traverse dramatic moorlands with 1,905m climbing and enjoy a route packed with character and charm.
The 60km Challenge Route: Perfect for less experienced riders, with 879m climbing it’s still a tough but rewarding ride for anyone with reasonable fitness.

Starting in the picturesque riverside village of Haydon Bridge, the routes climb both slopes of the South Tyne Valley, head south towards Alston, and cross the Allendale Moors. Carefully planned to deliver challenging riding alongside jaw-dropping scenery, this sportive is a day you won’t forget.
All routes start and finish at The Bridge Community Library and Visitor Information Point, Church Street, Haydon Bridge, Hexham, NE47 6JQ.
