The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge

19/03/2022

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks involves the 3 summits of Pen y Ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside, in a 12 hour walk. They lie within the Yorkshire Dales National Park and are all between 2200-2500ft high. The terrain is challenging at times, but it is a walk where those who have done some distance training in the hills, should not have a problem with completion - though as a walk, it is certainly a challenge! The stats are: 24 Miles and 5200ft of ascent.

Included in our challenge: Mountain Guides for the duration, Checkpoint provisions and transport of your bags (available at 2 checkpoints along the way), Support vehicles and a certificate and completion wooden medal, to recognise your achievement!
