Meet at track for warm-up at 7:15pm

Session:

7 x 400m at mile goal pace with 120s recovery between each 400m.

Please come with an idea of your mile pace and how long it will take you to do 1 lap of 400m at that pace  E.g. If ;looking to do a mile in 8 mins,then your 1 lap time would be  2 mins (8 mins / 4  laps)
