Everything was good. Well organised. Two comments would be:
1. More space required for runners before the start.
2. Better PA system. Couldn't hear much.

I was quite far behind and often didnt have anyone to follow. The route was not clear. I did at one point go the wrong way as the volunteer was busy talking to someone and nearly missed me. He did call me back. So a little more signposting for those who are not familiar with the route and a little slow with their running

Massively well marshaled. Maybe make it easier on the marshals by providing bins/black bags for empty drinks cups rather then having to pick them up after the race.

I found the online entry a little bit difficult. If I remember correctly, it wasn't that straightforward entering two people, of different sex, one affiliated, one not. I ended up being registered as a male, too, when I'm female. Not a huge issue but perhaps something to look into.

Marshals are friendly and encouraging, organisation is good, and the field is not too big. The goody bag and t-shirt are the high point!

Only issue was headphones. I was told I’d be disqualified if I wore them. Couldn’t see anything on wesbsite saying no headphones and I saw lots of people wearing them. Maybe announce at start of headphones not allowed to remind people

This is the best organised, best value 10k I've ever entered and I've run it most of the past 25 years!

So glad we made it to London on the weekend of this run. It was a great race and challenging course.

An absolute joy from start to finish, incredible value for money. Will be back again next year.

I would love to do it again.

The marshals did an excellent job and the organization was superb. A scenic course with a friendly atmosphere- the undulating trail is a challenge but well worth the effort.
