Excellent organisers for an intense 10km
The registration/collection stalls were well-organised as well as the baggage tent, the water stations and trail was well-manned and the goody bags were well stocked with loads of fitness snacks. Would definitely run again

PLease, as your next contribution to saving the environment, ask participants not to come by car if they don't absolutely have to. Getting out on a BIKE after the run was a nightmare because of the cars. Most had Triffic Trail runners in them. Most had only one person in the car. There's a bus stop almost outside Trent Park and a tube station up the road. Many people are locals who could walk or bike. Seriously, as sportspeople, shouldn't we be especially protective of the environment that we run/bike/walk/etc in?

Amazing value and so convenient to public transport! A nice start time too meaning it wasn't a terribly early morning!
Hard but beautiful scenery and friendly people
