Join us for a guided recce of 15 miles of the Red Rose and Two Roses Ultra. We will meet and start at Towneley Park in Burnley which is approximately half way between checkpoint 2 and 3 of both the Red Rose and Two Roses routes, and follow the course  to Hebden Hey Scout Hut, Hebden Bridge which is the end of all routes for 2026 as well as the half-way checkpoint for the 100km route. Our ambassadors will be on hand to give the opportunity for different pacing groups and we will run/walk so that you get a feel for the route. 

Recces are perfect if you have booked to race with us in June or if you want a feel for the route before making your decision.

Use the Riverside Carpark, following the postcode for Towneley Hall. Please be advised that there is a parkrun event in the park on Saturday mornings so the carpark may be busy but by the time we are ready to start should have hopefully thinned out. We can help arrange car share back to your car after, please do car share where possible to the start, there is also a bus from Hebden Bridge to Burnley should you wish to stay in Hebden Bridge for lunch after the recce.
