Join us for a guided recce of 15 miles of the Red Rose and Two Roses Ultra. We will meet and start at Hebden Hey Scout Hut, Hebden Bridge which is the start of all routes for 2026, and follow the course to the Townley Park in Burnley which is approximately half way between checkpoint 2 and 3 of both the Red Rose and Two Roses routes. Our ambassadors will be on hand to give the opportunity for different pacing groups and we will run/walk so that you get a feel for the route. 

Recces are perfect if you have booked to race with us in June or if you want a feel for the route before making your decision.

Please be advised that parking at the scout centre is minimal and is primarily for people staying in their hostel. We recommend car share wherever possible, closest public car parks are in central Hebden Bridge or Heptonstall but there is some on street parking closer to the scout centre. We will contact you near to the date of the recce to arrange car share where possible. To get back to Hebden Bridge we will either arrange for cars at the park to bring us back if possible or we will get the bus back into central Hebden Bridge.
