Volume 1 has teamed up with Jude and Paul of Embrace Adventures to bring you a team event with a difference. Join us for a morning of fun, challenge, firepits and cold water at the beautiful Weir Wood Reservoir.

Wild swimming or dipping is all about the experience, the joy of being in the great outdoors and sharing the adventure with others. It is often less about swimming for exercise and more about enjoying being immersed in nature, enjoying the mental and physical benefits of cold water.  Let experienced wild swimmers and coaches, Jude and Paul guide you into the water, teach you about the fun of swimming wild and be your bag of confidence at the same time. 

A great opportunity to take time out with the Volume 1 team. Do as little or as much as you want. Our expectation is that you go home with a smile on your face.
