T21 Challenge 2020

The T21 Challenge is a virtual event. It is your challenge and is led by you. You can choose how to challenge yourself. Challenges can be socially distanced and accessible for all abilities; they just need to include the number 21

You could walk or run for 21 miles over 21 days or for 21 minutes? Do 21 star jumps? Bake 21 cakes or carry out 21 acts of kindness? Feel free to use your imagination. The choice is unlimited and whatever your challenge, you can rest assured that every penny of the sponsorship raised will be used to support our children and help them reach their full potential.

The choice is yours and you can set your own challenge.

The event is charged at £7, and once you have completed your challenge, we will send you a medal*! We will support and encourage you by virtually cheering you on if you can share your progress on social media using our hashtags #portsmouthdsa #T21Challenge2020

Portsmouth DSA is a self-funding charity and our very existence is dependent upon fundraising and donations. We very much appreciate support from our families and supporters. We have developed strong links with local organisations including schools and businesses, and we welcome donations from the community.

As part of this event, we would encourage you to set up a Virgin Fundraising Page and raise as much money as you can to support inclusion for children with Down syndrome and their families. Any funds that you raise will support children with Down syndrome and you can find more information about the Charity's activities here.

(*Medals will be sent at the end of October)
