Positive mental health and wellbeing not only impacts our personal lives but our working lives too. Connecting with the amazing green and blue spaces around us is a great way for teams, families to take time out, nurture relationships, enjoy a shared experience and ultimately care for themselves.

Jude and Paul founded The Wild Swim Project, a green social prescribing project based in Surrey. With the aim of improving the mental wellbeing of people with mild to moderate mental health issues, the series of cold water dips are available on prescription from GPs, mental health charities and social prescribers.
