RTTS Brighton live Tracking Information

Racemap live tracking is available as an upgrade (£2) to the predictive tracking that all runners have, for Run to the Sea Brighton.  Live tracking will track your real-time progress and allow your family and friends to know exactly where you are on the course.  Post event you can replay your progress compared to all runners. To activate live tracking, you will need to be carrying a phone with GPS and mobile data.  If you add Live Tracking to your entry (see below) you will receive your unique key and final instructions by email before race day. 

To sign up for Live Tracking: This MUST be done at least 2 weeks prior to race day (by 20th April) - there is no option to sign up on race day.  Go to the 'Manage Booking' link in your confirmation email.  Scroll down and choose 'View Merchandise' or 'Add Order'. choose 'Live Tracking'.

(Not carrying a phone or don't want live tracking? Do not worry - we will be providing predictive tracking for all runners!  This is your estimated position based upon on when you cross the course split timing points. You do not have to do anything, this will happen automatically).

To prepare for LIVE Tracking:-

1.Prior to race day

Install RaceMap tracking application on your phone by clicking on one of the links:

2. On race day

On the day ensure your phone is fully charged. Open the Racemap App and search for Run to the Sea Brighton.

3. Before the start

Just 5 minutes before you start the race activate the app ensuring you have GPS and mobile data enabled and select “Start Live Tracking”.
