A Great 5k race the organisation was faultless/flawless and is quite similar to London's Number One Favourite 5k Serpentine Last Friday 5k.
I have recently recovered from the Flu Virus and lost my fitness so I am pleased I managed to ran and complete this race.
I like dedicate this race to one of my Aunt's who passed away suddlenly on Saturday 25 May 2019.

Just the one really. I noticed that at both events I attended that the water station was serving drinks in plastic cups. I'm pretty sure that these were being recycled by your team but wouldn't it be better for the future if all cups were paper based anyway?

I attended the race as a first time runner, new to running this year. I thought the team organising the race were excellent, and there was a very friendly atmosphere. As a first time runner, I think a separate First Timers Briefing would help (e.g. 15 minutes before start time) talking/showing new runners the race course on a visual map. Thanks for the evening!

Could do with a couple more people on bags at the end, there was only 1 yesterday and I was pushed for time to catch a train!

Rather than lots of 5k Monday night races, maybe mix it up and do 1 mile races and 3k races.
