Quick, flat course. Perfect for a PB
As this was my first visit to Battersea Park I found the event, well organised & inspiring for me, running alongside like-minded guys.
Could you put the information about how the times are recorded, i.e. advertise a numbered bib will be given out (with safety pins) - I now realise this info was emailed to me but if it's on the website it'll help (knowing it's either bib, chip on bib or foot chip). Thanks. Looking forward to doing another. I'm based in Reigate, Surrey & travel in for the Monday evening.
Great low key race - but a proper race, accurate and well organised.
If you are looking for a low key race, regardless of if you are a beginner, nervous when racing or just want to do something after work, then this is perfect!
I get so nervous when racing and I need to build that confidence up. This was perfect for someone like me! It was low key, friendly and stress-free. It really gave me a boost.....100% doing some others!

Always a quality event and good value. The 5k series is the perfect event to hack away at your PB
London's best summer race series
Sri Chinmoy offer well organised, measured races at a very reasonable price. These are simple races done well: great course, good standard and good organisation (no chips, fancy medals or other unnecessary trappings). Battersea Park offers a perfect PB course and, with a high standard across the board, there are always plenty people to help you pace to your PB potential.
