Very enjoyable undulating course.
Some of my club members ran this race last year and highly recommended it.
I’m a 1st timer and have had many years of great reports. I took part and it lived up to expectations.
I appreciate organising the memorial service has nothing to do with the race organisation. I was saddened to see drivers disrespecting the memorial service and couldn’t concentrate on the service itself.
I am wondering if an application to ECC council could allow memorial organisers to officially close the road, just for the service.

Traffic should be stopped around the war memorial during service. Sat with engine on and going through crowds, totally disrespectful, and this should be managed properly my ppl policing event as it’s what makes the event so special
My first 10 mile race, I will definitely renter next year. So well organised with great support throughout the race.

Shame there aren’t trophies for 2nd and 3rd place in the age categories
