What will happen if I join the Waiting List for the event, once it is sold out?

Once you have entered all your details and received an email confirming you are on the Waiting List then, should a space become available because another entrant has dropped out, you will receive a further email notification with instructions on how to complete payment. With spaces in high demand, any place offered will be time limited, so keep your eyes peeled! Once the race is marked as Closed, however, there will not be the opportunity to join the Waiting List.

What time does the UK Wife Carrying Race event start and finish?

Timings are as follows: 10.00am leave Race HQ. 10.10am Briefing. 10.15am Start. 10.20am Race Finishes. 10.30am Prize Giving. 10.45am Event Finishes. 11.00am Leith Hill Half Marathon Starts.

When do you publish results for the race?

As all our profits go to charity, we use volunteer marshals who record times and positions manually and then match up overnight so that we can publish the following day.
