Great route with the best marshalls!
Michael Saunders
Excellent, well organised and friendly event. Good facilities, cake, hot dogs and drinks. Good toilet facilities and the bar! Well done!
As a suggestion, could there be an option of a bacon butty and buttered roll with the hot dog?

There is nothing I can say that needs changing...an absolute gem of an event.
I cannot fault anything about this event. Am so glad I decided to go. Thank you.
Christina Harrison
Thoroughly enjoyed this 10k last year, didn't disappoint this year either and I recommended it to others that came along, see you next year. Thank you
Jane Adams
Well organised and lots of marshals
I was tail walker with Lorraine Hewitt and a lady fell we had to help her up she was checked over afterwards by the paramedic and seemed ok.
Aimee Dempsey
Loved it and my 9yo loved the children’s race
Very much a family event
Really enjoyed it
Richard Hermanns
Picturesque setting for a run in the Sussex countryside
Clearer / better tannoy would have been helpful so that I could hear why the 10k was delayed. Beyond the organisers control but better weather would have made me more likely to sample the bar or cake stalls!

Wonderful legacy to Alfred S
Definitely will be back again sometime soon. Really slick entry process and appreciated all the organisation and the yummy catering.
Richard Lane
Great fun with a lovely friendly feel
Colin Brookes
All round excellent event
Jamie McNish
Brilliant event for runners at all levels
Judy Carbone
Small friendly running event
An update on the entry page with Gpx and the briefest of info on the course to include something like ‘follows good quality trails’ would have put my mind at rest before the race. Not knowing if it was going to be a mud bath, loops (yuk) and how hilly it might be are just little things that can put people off - especially if they are not experienced trail runners or beginners

A lovely rural event, great course. Nice friendly atmosphere.
A really enjoyable event with a distance for everyone. Lovely course and well marshalled.
Some logistical issues possibly to iron out for next year perhaps, only little bits that didnt detract from the event.
Overall a great race, thanks.
Sok Wah Lee
Fantastic day - well done to the organisers
Christopher Lee
Great coirse
Pity the 5k was over distance by at least 300m
Claire Overfield
Absolutely fantastic
My first 10k for this race.
Travelled from to Bexhill-on-Sea to Haywards Heath to come with my daughter.
Lovely atmosphere, lovely people, great course and very well organised.
Would do it again and I'll remember to wear trail trainers next time
Graham Lunn
An enjoyable friendly run.
Something to think about improving:
The turn-around point for the 10k was very congested. There were runners slowing for the turn-around in the same space as the leaders running through to the finish. Add some locals walking their dogs through the same point at the same time and there’s the potential for accidents. We witnessed some near misses here. Perhaps there’s a way to improve things here by using some of the field that was set up for car parking? Or maybe ending the final lap slightly differently.

Great morning, recommend
Question on distance though, was the 5km actually 5km, my Garmin recorded 5.36km. Are times aggregated?
Frank Stone
Superb race, great marshals, cake and coffee.
Thank you for a fun day.
