A great 10k. Testing, great marshalling, friendly, cake, alcohol (if wanted), trail run. It was so well organised. Great to have ladies only toilets! The only improvement for me would be to send the race info out a bit earlier.

Well organised with a great start/finish location that had toilets & a cafe for refreshments. Lots of parking.
Enjoyed the pre race warm up. The route was well marshalled and sign posted. Great to see so many locals supporting the runners. Love the kids race too.
Medal looks like a very cheap multipack from Amazon which was a shame. Also wasn’t set off by the fire brigade like advertised? Overall, I would definitely do again but would appreciate a better medal.

If you want a trail 10k that offers the right amount of elevation to challenge you but also where you can put in a good time, then this is the event to do. Great weather for it today, marshalls were fantastic especially the one at the turnaround point! Just an all round great local event.

Great 10k race - mostly on trails. Good parking and an excellent venue to have food and drink afterwards
There was regular updates by email from the race organisers prior to the race. This included the condition of the trails and what running shoes would be best to wear. These updates were most welcomed

Fantastic little race.
Plenty of parking, loads of friendly marshals, great scenic course. No complaints from me. I had worried on the narrowness of the route and the mud but by the narrows sections was reached the field had spread out enough and I must have remembered it from the winter. All just about dry.

Parking well organised and did not intrude on the village. Lots of marshalls en route. Race took a while to start once we had walked to the start.
