Lovely run through the countryside - see you again in 2026

I appreciate it is a complex event to organise but would be good to stick to the timings wherever possible

A well organised and very enjoyable village event with a scenic and challenging course on mixed terrain.

Great atmosphere, beautiful course, great Marshals and well organised. Only improvement would be to have somebody looking after the bag drop tent.

Great run through the countryside

Couldn’t really hear the PA system. Maybe don’t start putting cones away whilst back runners are still coming through. Do it before, after tail runner has gone past the first time. Great team. Really enjoyed the event.

Lovely local race

Enjoyed this as a first timer to the event, congested walk to the start so started much further back than I would have liked, also would have liked an earlier start time (but this is just because I prefer to run earlier)and it was a slightly delayed start.

Don't do a warm up and then chat for 15 minutes

It was an off road event. Trail shoes needed. I was on road shoes!
