Increase Revenues With A Loyalty & Rewards Program

Build you own loyalty rewards program to keep your participants engaged and coming back year on year

Loyalty programs have proven themselves as one of the most effective tactics for increasing revenue and boosting customer loyalty.

  • More than 90% of companies have some type of customer loyalty program.1

  • As many as 84% of consumers say they’re more likely to stick with a brand that offers a loyalty program.2

  • And 66% of customers say the ability to earn rewards actually changes their spending behavior.3

  • Finally, it costs a lot less to sell to an existing participant than to find a new one.

Those compelling points are exactly why you need a loyalty and rewards program that will motivate participants to repeatedly enter your races and encourage them to refer their friends and post a race review for you too..

For an Eventrac user, our built-in loyalty and rewards program is a powerful customer retention tool that they can easily use to encourage their participants to keep racing with them rather than their competitors.

How Does An Own Brand Reward Points System Work

Participants accumulate points from actions that they can redeem for a free entry, a t-shirt, discount codes,  money off merchandise or anything else that works?. But they don’t just earn points from entering races. They can also earn points from successfully referring a friend or leaving a post-race review for publication.

To get started the first thing you need to do is decide how many points your participants can earn for each interaction; a race entry, a successful referral or a post-race review (once-only).

For example, entering a race might earn 100 points, a successful referral is worth 100 points and a post-race review (once-only) might be worth 50 points.

The next thing to do is determine what rewards you’ll offer and what points value you’ll attach to them.

This could look like a free race entry is worth 250 points and you could offer a free t-shirt for 100 points, you can add as many items with different values as you like to your range of rewards.  The limit here is your imagination.

In summary for this example, a participant entering one of your races then successfully referring a friend and posting a post-race review (once-only) will automatically accumulate 250 points, which in reward terms is a free race entry.
